Copper Socks

I whipped up a pair of vanilla socks for the Oldest One. These are standard old 60 stitch vanillas on 2.75mm needles, heel over 30sts, toe to 20sts. I did an eye of partridge heel with three garter stitches on either side, I find it gives a neater gusset pick up. The yarn is Patons Kroy FX in copper colors. Ravelry details here.

I didn't notice at first, but I had a visitor land on the socks while I had them on the ground taking pictures. He is close to the same color as the socks, maybe that's what attracted him, lol. He stayed for probably more than half a minute, but it was windy, and a leaf hit him, and he flew away.

Happy knitting!
