Socks and Not Socks Part 2
Catching up some more FOs, first up is a Kersti Scarf made with Rowan Tapestry. Since the yarn color changes on its own I didn't use a second color. I used 3.5mm needles and cast on 300sts. Details here.
Next up is a pair of really nice socks, probably one of my favorites, Cookie A's Summer Sox Socks, the yarn is Wandering Cat Yarns Alley Cat Sock in sweetpea. I will definitely knit this pattern again. Details here.
More sock monkey slippers for a friend for her birthday. She had said her daughter would probably take them, so I made two pairs so her daughter could have her own. The pattern is based on Aunt Maggie's Slippers, and the yarn is Patons Shetland Chunky. Details here.
Last is a pair of slippers for me, my other ones wore out. Leftover Patons Classic Wool, I didn't have to cobble them together as much as I thought I would. The pattern is Fiber Trends Felted Clogs. Details here.
Happy knitting!

I really need to make a pair of those clogs one day!
Wow! You have been busy! I cannot remember the last time I knit an actual scarf. They always feel like long knits to me. Even big shawls do not have that draining feeling. I know, weird. Your scarf looks lovely and I really like the socks. I'm a fan of the Wandering Cat!
