Quill Lace

After taking what seemed forever to knit the last pair of socks, these ones were whipped up in just 5 days. They are Quill Lace socks in On Your Toes Bamboo. I used 2.75mm needles and added 5 rows of 2x2 rib to the cuff. Ravelry details here.

Got some plain vanillas on the go now. We leave Thursday morning for PEI til Sunday. (I haven't been there since I was three.) I haven't packed any clothes yet, but I've got my yarn packed, lol! Going to take stuff for vanilla socks mostly, I think, and some yarn for another pair of socks for Hubs. I'll need fairly mindless knitting. Going to try and find a yarn shop or two, and I want to check out this place. My friend, knitlibby, is in PEI now. She leaves the day we get there.
